The UAE’s Land-Only Marketplace and Guide

Free listings for owners and brokers, plus plain-English guides to every rule, authority and community. Every listing needs a valid Trakheesi permit.

Buy, sell, lease & JV land across the UAE

A free, land-only marketplace for plot owners, brokers, developers and buyers — from individual villa plots to institutional-scale development land across all seven emirates.

What is UAE Land Deals?

UAE Land Deals is a free online marketplace dedicated only to land in the United Arab Emirates. Owners, RERA-registered brokers and developers list plots for sale, lease, joint venture or development partnership; buyers and investors search by emirate, community, asset type and transaction type. Broker listings must display a RERA BRN, ORN and advertising permit number. Alongside listings, the site publishes guides on fees, zoning, tenure and approvals.

How listings are verified

Advertising permit

Every broker listing must show a valid advertising permit — the Trakheesi/DLD permit number in Dubai, or the equivalent issued by the relevant emirate authority.

RERA BRN & ORN

Brokers must supply their Broker Registration Number and their brokerage’s Office Registration Number. Both are shown on the listing so you can check them.

Owner declaration

Owners listing directly must declare they own the plot or are authorised to market it. A title deed or affection plan upload is optional.

Important: we check that required numbers are provided but do not guarantee ownership, title or plot data. UAE Land Deals does not provide legal, financial or tax advice — verify with the relevant land department and a qualified adviser before any transaction.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free to list land on UAE Land Deals?

Yes. Listing land is currently free for owners, brokers and developers. Optional premium placement may be offered in future; any paid feature will be clearly labelled.

What do brokers need to list a plot?

Brokers must provide their RERA Broker Registration Number (BRN), their office’s Registration Number (ORN) and a valid advertising permit (Trakheesi/DLD permit in Dubai, or the equivalent from the relevant emirate authority). Listings without these are not published.

Can owners list without a broker?

Yes. Owners can list directly by declaring that they own the plot or are authorised to market it. Uploading a title deed or affection plan is optional but helps buyers assess the listing.

Can foreigners buy land in the UAE?

Non-UAE nationals can generally buy in designated freehold areas, with rules that differ by emirate and by plot. Check the specific plot’s tenure with the relevant land department before committing. See our freehold and leasehold guide.

Does UAE Land Deals verify ownership or give legal advice?

We check that required permit and registration numbers are supplied and display them on each listing, but we do not guarantee ownership, title or plot details and we do not provide legal, financial or tax advice. Always verify with the land department and a qualified adviser.
