UAE Land Deals is an independent UAE land information and listing platform, run by an editorial team. It is a land-only marketplace and guide: owners and brokers list plots for free, buyers post what they are looking for, and everyone can read plain-English guides to the rules, authorities and fees behind a UAE land deal.
Who runs UAE Land Deals?
The site is run by the UAE Land Deals Editorial Team. We are an independent platform: we are not a government body, a master developer or a brokerage, and we do not sell land ourselves. Our job is to make UAE land easier to find and easier to understand, emirate by emirate.
What does UAE Land Deals do?
- Free land listings. Owners and brokers can list land for free, and buyers can submit a land requirement. Browse current plots on land for sale.
- Regulatory guides. Our guides explain ownership, registration, fees, planning and construction rules, with a glossary of common terms.
- Community hubs. Area guides for each emirate and for individual communities set out who controls the land, who can buy and what to check before you pay.
- Market reports. Land market reports summarise published transaction data.
How do we check our information?
We base our guides on official sources wherever they exist: the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), RAK Municipality, the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) and other emirate authorities, plus published laws and master developer documents for their own projects. Our regulatory guides list their sources, and pages show the date they were last updated. If you spot an error or an out-of-date rule, please tell us through our contact page and we will review and correct it.
Do listings need a Trakheesi permit?
Yes. Every broker listing must show a valid advertising permit: the Trakheesi/DLD permit number in Dubai, or the equivalent issued by the relevant emirate authority. Brokers must also provide their RERA Broker Registration Number (BRN) and office Registration Number (ORN). Listings without these are not published.
